At Japan-Clothing, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with authentic Japanese tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the garments and place them back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
